With a degree in Strength and Conditioning and over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sam has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve life-changing and lasting results—both physically and mentally.
Sam began his career working in private health clubs while also training and supporting academy players at professional rugby clubs. This experience gave him a deep understanding of how to tailor training and nutrition programs to improve performance, aesthetics, energy levels, sleep, and overall well-being. His holistic approach focuses on long-term mental and physical health, not just short-term goals.
Around seven years ago, Sam designed and built his own private training facility. It was here that he began working with Dr. Az Hakeem, who later referred patients navigating challenges such as mental illness and burnout. Working closely with these individuals, Sam has consistently helped rebuild confidence, restore balance, and dramatically improve their overall quality of life.
