DR. DEBBIE CULLEN

Dr Debbie Cullen is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist who combined hands-on clinical practice with strategic leadership across healthcare systems within the NHS. Her approach is strongly informed by evidence-based psychological practice, service improvement and workforce dynamics. She trained at the Maudsley Hospital as a Therapist & supervisor and later a Clinical Psychologist at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders & Trauma. More recently she has been at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust providing clinical supervision and teaching in the Physical Health Psychology Department.
