Service Description

Our Standard Follow-Up Appointments are designed to review your progress, monitor your response to treatment, and make any necessary adjustments to your care plan. These 30-minute sessions are typically used to discuss medication effectiveness, side effects, symptom changes, or ongoing therapeutic needs. Conducted by your treating clinician, follow-ups provide an opportunity to reflect on what’s working, address any concerns, and ensure your treatment remains aligned with your goals. Where appropriate, we may update prescriptions, offer further recommendations, or coordinate with other services involved in your care. These appointments can be conducted in person or remotely, depending on your preference and clinical suitability.
