Service Description

This extended 90-minute appointment combines a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with a specialist assessment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The session includes a detailed clinical interview exploring your current symptoms, mental health history, developmental background, and any co-occurring conditions. Where ADHD is a concern, the assessment also examines attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity across different life stages—particularly before the age of 12, in line with diagnostic criteria. To streamline the process, we ask clients to complete and return several documents in advance, including: The ASRS (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale) The DIVA (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults) A short email from a parent or guardian outlining any signs of inattention or overactivity during childhood School report references, if available Basic physical health information (pulse, blood pressure, and weight) Following the assessment, you will receive diagnostic feedback, initial recommendations, and, where appropriate, a treatment plan which may include medication, therapy, or further investigation.
