Service Description

An Initial Assessment at Psyche Clinic is the first step in understanding your concerns and determining the most appropriate path forward. This 60-minute consultation is conducted by one of our expert clinicians and provides a comprehensive overview of your mental health, current symptoms, history, and treatment goals. The session includes a clinical interview, diagnostic formulation, and tailored recommendations—whether that involves psychological therapy, psychiatric input, further assessment, or onward referral. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, gain clarity, and begin building a therapeutic relationship in a safe and supportive setting. Following the assessment, you will receive a written summary and clear next steps for treatment or follow-up.
